Diane Hanson is the team member who specializes in listings. With 28 years experience, and the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, she is the expert who controls all aspects of the team's listings from MLS paperwork, internet advertising on har.com, Realtor.com, remax.com, homes.com and houston-stars.com. She takes the photos, designs the flyers, places ads in magazines & newspapers, distributes the indoor color flyers and the outdoor brochures, does all e-mail contact, and all marketing until the property gets an offer. Then she negotiates the offer and during the pending period, works with the selling agent to coordinate the inspections, repair addendum, appraisal and survey. She keeps in touch with the buyers loan officer and the title company and works the file through to closing.
