With over 30 years experience, and the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, she is the expert who controls all aspects of the team's listings from MLS paperwork, internet advertising on har.com, Realtor.com, remax.com, homes.com and houston-stars.com. She takes the photos, designs the flyers, places ads in magazines & newspapers, distributes the indoor color flyers and the outdoor brochures, does all e-mail contact, and all marketing until the property gets an offer. Then she negotiates the offer and during the pending period, works with the selling agent to coordinate the inspections, repair addendum, appraisal and survey. She keeps in touch with the buyers loan officer and the title company and works the file through to closing.

 

Recently Diane earned the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation which allows her to help homeowners in financial distress do a short sale to prevent foreclosure. She will qualify you to see if you are a possible candidate for a short sale where your lender agrees to take less than the mortgage owed to prevent a foreclosure. The lender in a short sale also agrees to pay your closing costs to help you if you are in distress.
