Jeff Ingram has earned the ABR designation (Accredited Buyer Representative), and will represent you when you buy a home. He knows all the resales and builders and corporate listings and foreclosures. He is the home buying specialist of the team and exclusively works with buyers.

Jeff graduated from West Point, and after his Army career, worked for Ford and Amoco before joining Diane in the Re/Max business in 1995. He is a member of Re/Max's prestigious 100% Club and has the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute)designation and the CRS (Certified Residentail Specialist) designation. 

 

Goals:

 

To work exclusively with buyers and devote all of his time to finding the new or resale home that fits their parameters. He has sold foreclosures, short sales and done 1031 Tax Free Exchanges.

 

To negotiate the best possible price for his buyers by finding proof of value through comparable closed sales in the tax rolls as well as MLS.

 

To help all of his buyers get qualified by loan officers he trusts and guide them through the inspection and repair addendum process.

 

To take care of every detail of closing by coordinating with the loan officer, title company, insurance agent and listing agent so that the whole process goes as smoothly as possible to a happy closing.
